Once you have decided on a date for your wedding we can hold up to 10 rooms for you 30-days prior to the wedding date. At that time, any rooms you still have vacant will go back into general public sale.
THINGS TO NOTE
NON-SMOKING: This is a Non-Smoking Hotel and those who smoke in the rooms, will be charged a $250.00 clean up fee.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT: Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
RESERVATIONS: Each guest must call and make their own reservation with a credit card number to hold the room. The credit card will not be charged until check-in time.
BRIDE/GROOMS ROOM: No one will be allowed into the Bride and Groom’s room unless we have prior notice from the couple.
ROOMS BOOKED: The rooms will be held for 30 days prior to the wedding date. Any rooms that are not reserved with a credit card by that date will be open to the general public.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations should be done 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to be exempt from a cancellation charge. This is equivalent to one day’s room charge. All no-shows will be subject to one day’s room charge.
NIGHT CLERK: A clerk is on duty all night, if you need assistance please dial 0. The front door is locked after midnight, but a door bell is located above the trash can. Your room keys will let you in the north or south doors.
HOTEL’S PRIVACY POLICY: We cannot disclose to anyone, another’s guest room number or whether or not they are staying, even if you are family.
